The couple renewed their vows at Villa Valguarnera, an historic 18th-century estate near Palermo, in front of an international guest list.
Reports in Italy described the celebration as one of the biggest celebrity weddings of the year.
One of the highlights of the evening came when Elton John performed his classic song Your Song for the newlyweds.
Guests were also treated to a banquet featuring Sicilian specialities before a party headlined by internationally renowned DJs including David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Carl Cox and Peggy Gou.
The celebrations reportedly took place under tight security, with Palermo transformed into a glamorous backdrop for what many are calling the celebrity wedding of the year.
